Syalom jemaat CLC kekasih Tuhan,

Tanpa terasa kita sudah ada di penghujung tahun 2011. Thema Perayaan Natal kita tahun ini adalah The Excellent Christmas dengan sub thema Immanuel, Allah menyertai kita. Betapa pentingnya arti kata ini. Mencerminkan kebersamaan Allah dengan umatNya. Menimbulkan rasa aman karena selalu bersamaNya. Membangun keakraban karena Allah tidak jauh dari kita. Membuat kita merasa tenteram karena semua persoalan pasti ada jalan keluarnya. Dan yang pasti, kita yakin bahwa pertolonganNya tidak pernah terlambat.

Applications

• No one is exempt from dealing with their sin. Even the seemingly least among us are required to recognize our sin and seek forgiveness before the Lord.


• We ought to have a more serious and biblical view of sin. It should break our hearts as it breaks God’s. We should see it as having impact on not just ourselves, but also the wider community. Yet praise God that in His Son, we have atonement and the sacrifice that cleanses us completely.

Christmas Celebration 2010 Highlight

Every year CLC holds a Christmas Celebration Service, which traditionally has been held at our hall.

Christmas traditions are commonly known to be related to anything red and green blur along with christmas tree, gifts and Santa.

However in Christ Living Church we celebrate this day as a remembrance to who Jesus is and why He was born in this world. Let's give thanks to God for his indescribable gift: Jesus Christ

A Visit to Nursing Home

In celebrating Christmas, it was a delight for us to attend and bless the Endeavour nursing home in Kogarah.

We were really excited about the impact that make them smile! Not only were we singing, sharing the God's Words, praying and encouraging one another, but we also gave a Christmas gift to each of them.
