Foreword of Senior Pastor Passover 2012
Shallom brothers and sisters of Christ Living Church Sydney in Christ,Generally Christmas is celebrated more than Passover. This can be understood as Christmas happens on 25 December which is close to the New Year's Day on 1 January which is greatly celebrated around the world. Besides, people prefer to celebrate someone's birth rather than remembering the death, as birth brings a happy atmosphere, while death brings sadness. The Passover week is an event to remember the resurrection of Jesus Christ. However, since His death is just 2 days before on the Good Friday, hence psychologically the sadness atmosphere is still around and affecting the Passover celebration. These things make Christmas celebrated more than Passover.
Daily Devotional: Atonement for the Individual
Bible Reading Today: Leviticus 4:27-35If a member of the community sins unintentionally against the Lord’s commands, he must bring a female goat without defect and offer it as a sin offering. If he offers up a lamb, it must be a female lamb without defect. By making the sin offering, he will be forgiven.
Applications
- No one is exempt from dealing with their sin. Even the seemingly least among us are required to recognize our sin & seek forgiveness before the Lord.
- We ought to have a more serious and biblical view of sin. It should break our hearts as it breaks God’s. We should see it as having impact on not just ourselves, but also the wider community. Yet praise God that in His Son, we have atonement and the sacrifice that cleanses us completely.

Christmas Celebration 2010 Highlight
Christmas traditions are commonly known to be related to anything red and green blur along with christmas tree, gifts and Santa.
However in Christ Living Church we celebrate this day as a remembrance to who Jesus is and why He was born in this world. Let's give thanks to God for his indescribable gift: Jesus Christ

A Visit to Nursing Home
In celebrating Christmas, it was a delight for us to attend and bless the Endeavour nursing home in Kogarah.
We were really excited about the impact that make them smile! Not only were we singing, sharing the God's Words, praying and encouraging one another, but we also gave a Christmas gift to each of them.
